I just discovered yesterday that the Mesa office of ShareMyCoach is closed. I received no notification of this closure but fortunately for me, I took my trailer out on June 28, 2018 for personal use for the summer.

During the time my trailer was with them, I called periodically to check on the status of my trailer. I never received a response to any of my calls, no accounting of revenue or repairs over the whole year they had my trailer. My water heater was replaced but I have no information about the water heater for my records, no directions on how to operate it. Fender flares on the trailer are damaged and very expensive to replace.

They never installed a second house battery but charged me for it. I notified them weeks before I planned on taking the trailer out, even showing up at their facility to confirm on June 20, 2018 to make sure they were aware of the fact that I would be taking it out on the 28th. No one in the office. An RV tech took my name and number and left a message on Tina's desk.

As usual, no response. And, the trailer wasn't ready for me when I arrived on 6-28-2018. The RV tech whose name is Shawn, said he never got the information to prepare the trailer. He said, give him an hour and he'd have it ready for me, and he did.

I sent a cancellation notice by certified mail that arrived at the Mesa office on 7-20-2018.

I am very disappointed in the customer service at this location. Apparently, many others were also unhappy.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
